What You Will Experience In This Position :

In this high-growth, highly visible position, you will serve as both quality supervisor and quality engineer for our Stainless-Steel manufacturing plant.

Team Supervision And People Leadership :

• Serve as the primary QA liaison for the stainless-steel value stream, ensuring plant quality performance and customer satisfaction.
• Directly manage four quality technicians and provide coaching, mentorship, career development and succession planning, as well as scheduling, workload distribution and shift-handover communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, Lean, design, sales, materials, procurement, HR, maintenance) as the main quality expert.
• Ensure production lines meet customer requirements by following accurate processes and procedures.

Pay Transparency : nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range : $89,300.00 - $165,800.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
