As an IT Manager at Beyond Identity, you will have a two-fold strategic mandate : to manage the internal IT needs of a global, remote company and to serve as a key strategic partner to the product team. This role is a testament to the company's core "dogfooding" culture, which uses internal operations as a living laboratory for product improvement and validation. We are looking for an IT Manager who can manage a global, distributed workforce and serve as a critical user of the company's product, turning daily operational experience into a strategic asset.

What You Can Expect to Do :

• Work with senior leadership team to prioritize, scope and plan business milestones.
• Build technical rollout plans to reach business milestones.
• Foster a positive culture in line with Beyond Identity values.
• Actively coach and mentor team members in their careers.
• Be a reliable decision maker.
• Oversee the entire internal IT stack for a global, remote workforce.
• Manage cloud services, identity solutions, and endpoint protection.
• Manage hardware and software for employees on a range of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Lead the internal deployment of Beyond Identity's own software on employee devices in a "dogfooding" capacity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT escalations and vendor management.
• Articulate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership.
