Summary

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to focus on prospecting and growing within our California client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality eager to drive growth and expand our client base.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Language Solutions industry
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in a hunting role
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
  • A self-starter with a high level of initiative and a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with market research sales strategies and sales planning
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed (Anticipated travel 30-40%)
  • Located in California ideally the Los Angeles area
