Credentialing : 30 days Minimum Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Board Certified through the ABMS

Certifications : ACLS

Licensure : California

Training : ACGME accredited Residency / Fellowship training required, Fellowship 3 Specialty Skills

Upper GI endoscopy : Preferred

with biopsy : Preferred

with foreign body removal : Preferred

with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser) : Preferred

With injection of varices : Preferred

ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) : Preferred

Diagnostic : Preferred

Therapeutic : Preferred

With PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) : Preferred

Esophageal dilatation / manometry : Preferred

Esophageal manometry interpretation : Preferred

Small Bowel biopsy : Preferred

Lower GI endoscopy : Preferred

Sigmoidoscopy : Preferred

Flexible : Preferred

Rigid : Preferred

Colonoscopy : Preferred

with biopsy : Preferred

with excision of polyp : Preferred

Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) : Preferred
