Job descriptionGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. PMHNP license required. Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services. Outpatient and tele-psychiatry experience is preferred. Willingness to work with a variety of ages including children / adolescents. Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area. Malpractice insurance coverage. Comprehensive training. Monthly productivity incentive bonus program. Regular collaboration with Psychiatrist. Responsibilities may include :
- Performing face to face assessments and ongoing psychiatric visits with clients of all ages including children, adolescents and adults.
- Maintaining current patient records in order to clearly state problems, plans, actions, goals and changes as they occur.
- Instructing client caregivers.
- Managing client medications.
