Now Hiring : Part-Time Sales Associate

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a confident, high-energy Part-Time Sales Associate to join our front desk team! We're looking for someone who isn't just great with people but thrives in a sales-focused role where they can connect others to the transformative power of Pilates.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact in a wellness-focused, community-driven environment.

Availability Needed :

Friday mornings
Monday evenings
Preference for candidates willing to work at both Eagle and Barber Valley locations

Key Responsibilities :

Greet members and prospective clients with energy and professionalism

Actively promote class packages, memberships, and retail products

Follow up with leads and convert first-time visitors into regular members

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment

Support instructors and manage front desk operations smoothly

Take initiative to exceed monthly sales and service goals

We're Looking For :

Outgoing and confident communicator with a passion for fitness and wellness

Sales-minded and results-driven, with a willingness to learn and grow

Strong customer service or retail experience preferred

Dependable with consistent evening and weekend availability

Flexible to work between both BODYBAR Eagle and Barber Valley studios
