Job Role : Java Developer III

Location : Washington DC (DCW26 1325 G St NW Suite 300)

Duration : 3 Months Contract

Job Description / Responsibilities :

• Design develop test and maintain Java-based applications and back-end services to support Comcast platforms.
• Work within a team to deliver high quality scalable maintainable code; collaborate with peers QA product and infrastructure teams.
• Utilize Java Spring / Spring Boot (or similar frameworks) RESTful APIs / web services and relational / NoSQL databases.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis design implementation testing deployment and maintenance.
• Debug profile and tune applications for performance reliability and scalability.
• Integrate with CI / CD pipelines version control (e.g. Git) code review processes and agile delivery practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical leadership to understand functional requirements provide estimates and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain documentation of technical designs decision-making and support / maintenance plans.
• Ensure alignment with corporate standards best practices security guidelines and compliance requirements.
