WellStar Medical Group is seeking Board Certified / Board Eligible Acute Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant for busy and well established heart failure cardiology group. This is a full-time position located at Wellstar Cobb Hospital and Wellstar Heart Failure Clinic in Austell, approximately 25 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta, GA.

Manage and coordinate the healthcare of the heart failure cardiology patient, primarily in the ambulatory / clinic setting and also cross cover on the inpatient side as needed.

In this role you will collaborate with other health care providers in an interdisciplinary approach to provide care to the patient and family.

Actively participate in the daily medical management of patients. Document, maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information in our EMR system (EPIC). Other duties as assigned.

The Wellstar Center for Cardiovascular Care is the largest and most comprehensive provider of cardiovascular services in northwest Georgia. The Center includes 9 hospitals and 26 office locations throughout metro Atlanta.
