Job descriptionNew client assessments and ongoing observation Supervision, training, and evaluation of field staff Support ongoing education efforts for field staff Routine audit of clinical and personnel files to ensure compliance Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and client family members Weekly office hours
Currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with home care experience to add to our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in home care or clinical setting working with the elderly.
Compensation for the Nursing Supervisor (RN)
Part-time salary of $27k+ depending on background and experience
Requirements of Nursing Supervisor (RN)
- RN & BSN
- Valid nursing license
- Experience in home care or clinical setting working with the elderly
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Must live near Essex County, New Jersey
