Job description

Sales Coordinator

Are you a highly skilled and dynamic individual seeking a fun and loving working environment? Do you have experience in major hotel brands like IHG, Hilton, Marriott, or Choice? If yes, we want you to join our enthusiastic team as a Sales Coordinator at Dalwadi Hospitality Management!

Overview

  • Assist in coordinating sales activities and processes
  • Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries
  • Collaborate with various departments for timely product or service delivery
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, both outside and inside sales preferred
  • Knowledge of sales management and business development principles
  • Experience in a major hotel brand as a Guest Service Representative or Sales Admin
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging potential clients
