Operations Shift Manager

Cleveland-Cliffs, Mansfield Works operation has an immediate opening for an Operations Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of operating employees in the department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, willing to work a rotating schedule, work weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Summary of Responsibilities :

• Maintain supervisory control over work activities of the crew
• Schedule equipment and manpower
• Conduct daily / monthly safety meetings
• Assist in the development, review, and update of JSHA's (Job Safety and Health Analysis) to eliminate safety hazards
• Other duties as assigned
