Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated advanced practice clinicians to join our foundational team in Washington, DC with McKnight Pediatrics. In July 2025, Zarminali Pediatrics partnered with McKnight Pediatrics, a well-established and trusted name for over a decade. Now united under the Zarminali name, we are building on McKnight strong community roots to shape the future of pediatric care in the region and state. You will play a vital role in advancing the health of children while fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

As an advanced practice clinician at Zarminali you will focus on :

• Patient Care : Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
• Growth, Development & Preventative Health : Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
• Patient & Family Education : Supporting families throughout the full spectrum of the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
• Documentation : Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
• Collaboration : Work alongside Pediatricians, support team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
