Customer Experience Concierge

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Concierge / Inside Sales professional. Key Responsibilities : Manage a dynamic caseload of 375-600 clients with precision and care Convert leads into sales by building trust and staying engaged throughout the transaction lifecycle Educate customers on program benefits and handle a high volume of communications with professionalism Required Qualifications : 2-3 years of business experience preferred High school diploma required; some college preferred Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong advantage Experience in customer service, sales, or call centers preferred
