Job Description - Operations Specialist - Lind SignSpring Group

Lind SignSpring Group has an immediate opening for an Operations Specialist who will work directly with the Operations Manager. The Operations Specialist is responsible for assembling, packaging, shipping, and installing various BannerFrame systems. This role also includes performing general building and facility maintenance tasks. Candidates must have strong general construction and maintenance skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type :

Full-time, Monday to Friday - 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

Major Activities and Responsibilities :

  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Assemble and install BannerFrame systems
  • Package and ship signage materials
  • Perform general construction and facility maintenance
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Support other operational tasks as needed

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements :

  • Can accurately read a tape measure, level, and linear / square footage measurement
  • Proven experience in general construction and maintenance - knowledge of hand and power tools a must
  • Ability to lift and handle materials
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Skill in working independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

    • Education & Other Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Current and Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

    • Physical Demands :

    The physical demands for this position include climbing, lifting, driving, and sitting, standing, talking, turning, and walking. Limited travel required.
