Commercial Construction Estimator - OSHPD, HCAI Projects

Position Overview :
- Analyze drawings / specs to develop accurate cost estimates
- Perform material takeoffs and calculate labor / equipment costs
- Identify cost-saving alternatives and present findings
- Stay current with industry trends and pricing
Key Responsibilities :
Lead bid-day activities and evaluate subcontractor / vendor proposalsPrepare quantity takeoffs and detailed cost reportsWrite clear scopes and bid clarificationsNegotiate contracts and identify cost efficienciesQualifications :
Excellent track record as an Estimator in complex commercial projects including healthcare, OSHPD experience in a range up to $20M+ in valuationExcellent knowledge of material takeoffs, labor costs, and equipment costsProficiency in Bluebeam and related industry software and platformsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlinesProblem-solving, communication, organizational and analytical skillsBenefits
