THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE

Schedule : This is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, your day begins by greeting customers with a friendly voice and helping them schedule service appointments. You efficiently book jobs, dispatch our technicians to job sites, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You also handle customer payments, maintain the front office's inventory, and ensure the workspace is clean and organized. As you manage the flow of the day, you solve problems, answer questions, and ensure every customer's experience is positive from start to finish.
