Host / Server Assistant at Sea Monkey

We are looking for Hosts and Server Assistants for our opening team.  Set to open mid-December, Sea Monkey is designed to be  the  destination for nightlife in Pittsburgh.

Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a beautiful, high touch speakeasy.  We will be operating Thursday through Saturday, when we launch.

Candidates should have :

• Open availability on all Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
• Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience
• Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space
• Able to work independently and proactively
