Practice Overview

You ll be stepping into a high-volume, fully digital oral surgery center with a strong referral base, loyal patient community, and modern facilities. The team includes experienced clinical and administrative professionals who ensure smooth daily operations and optimal patient experiences.

Schedule :

Monday Friday 7 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

No weekends, allowing excellent work-life balance

Dental Implants

Wisdom Tooth Extractions

Bone Grafting and BMP

3D Imaging & Treatment Planning

Oral Pathology & Biopsies

Pre-Prosthetic Surgery

Impacted Canines

Sedation & Anesthesia Services

Compensation & Benefits Package

Compensation Model :

Tiered collections-based structure with no ceiling earn more as you grow

Guaranteed Monthly Minimum : $33,333 / month during year one (or collections, whichever is higher), ensuring financial peace of mind while building your schedule

Student Loan Assistance :

$2,000 / month during your first year to support loan payments during ramp-up

Relocation :

Relocation assistance available and negotiable based on individual needs

Education & Growth :
