Our client, an internationally recognized leader in precision metal stamping, injection molding, and assembly solutions, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact their growth in a critical division, focused on high-precision metal stamping solutions.

What You'll Do : Drive Growth & Forge Relationships

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client's footprint and cultivating lasting partnerships.

  • Business Growth Catalyst : Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in industrial, aerospace & defense, medical, and consumer electronics. Bring your existing book of business and help them grow!
  • Solution-Oriented Selling : Leverage your expertise in metal stamping to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' precise needs.
  • Strategic Market Expansion : Conduct research to uncover emerging opportunities and strategically target clients for maximum growth.
  • Lead Generation Powerhouse : Proactively identify and qualify new business leads. You're a true sales hunter!
  • Account Cultivator : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers' sourcing groups, securing new production parts and expanding existing volumes.

What You'll Bring : Your Expertise & Drive

Our client is looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in the metal stamping industry.

  • 5-10 years of robust experience in metal stampings is essential. Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional networking and sales skills – you know how to connect with decision-makers. You're a proven "hunter."
  • Strong analytical skills, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% domestically ), with occasional onsite visits. Travel and vehicle expenses will be reimbursed.
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
