Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in CNC service and knowledge of CNC controls. European style electrical schematics to fault find and troubleshoot machine problems PLC logic and VFD Transformers with respect to input / output voltages and neutral connections Experience of machine assembly, alignment, and leveling to OEM specifications Experience with ball screw and bearing replacement including linear bearings and rails Ability to comfortably work in metric and standard measuring systems Knowledge and experience of electrical systems and electronics Troubleshoot on electrical systems up to and including 600V DC Pneumatic systems, ability to repair electrically operated valves, reducers, and cylinders Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including gear racks, bearings, and assembly of equipment from component parts Knowledge and understanding of basic mechanical measuring tools Electro / mechanical assemblies and troubleshooting Ability to travel and work in Canada and the USA Competitive compensation and benefits package Salary commensurate with experience Paid vacation, Medical, dental, short / long term disability, life, matching 401K VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

Responsibilities :
- Highly skilled and motivated to perform new machine installations
- Diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot repairs
- Must be proficient in diagnostics and repairs of CNC machine tools as well as installation of machine tools.
- Technicians are required to travel throughout the United States and Canada
- Travel expenses, cell phone, laptop, tools and uniforms will be provided.
