Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing the entire supply chain for high-risk, complex activities. This role will develop across supply chain business models to achieve major improvements within business process, demand planning, capacity management, inventory management, or logistics costs. The individual will be required to make decisions involving a high degree of complexity and work with the management team to develop supply chain disciplines and best practices, including processes and procedures. This role demands an exceptional level of strategic thinking, change initiation, and long-term corporate perspective.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze the supply chain for high-risk, complex activities.
• Develop improvements across supply chain business models.
• Enhance business processes, demand planning, capacity management, inventory management, and logistics costs.
• Make strategic decisions involving complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with management to establish supply chain best practices, processes, and procedures.

Work Environment

The position is within a team of 6 analysts and a supervisor. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility. The environment is business casual, and the role offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, with the opportunity to choose onsite days. The workplace is a large-scale warehouse.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00 / hr.
