About the Role :

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our student health team. This school-based LVN position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of children and adolescents in an educational setting. You’ll work closely with students, families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote a safe and healthy school environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care to students with chronic and acute health conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and manage student health plans, including diabetes, asthma, allergies, and other medical needs
• Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student wellness
• Educate students on health topics and preventive care
