Job descriptionStrong knowledge of Landscape Architecture and Construction Drawings Strong design presentation skills (visual and verbal) Experience with multidisciplinary team coordination Project coordination experience, including managing submittals Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with BIM / Revit is a plus (training available) Experience managing large-scale or multidisciplinary design projects is a plus Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, or a master’s degree with an undergraduate degree in a related design field Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments

Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Architectural Project Manager based in Orlando, FL . The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate landscape architecture projects, manage submittals, and ensure successful execution of design intent. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, producing and reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring projects meet sustainability and quality standards. The role also requires consistent communication with clients and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with expectations and project goals.
This role primarily supports the Land Development Studio , which focuses on :
- Resort & Hospitality
- Community Planning
- Urban Design
- Maritime / Waterfront Planning & Design
- Cruise Destination Development
There will also be opportunities to work on projects within themed entertainment, zoos, aquariums, and museums.
