We are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. We proudly serve local plumbers, builders, and homeowners in bringing beautiful and functional living spaces to life. The Counter Salesperson will increase sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting walk-in and telephone customers. They will apply technical product knowledge to help customers select and acquire products, ensuring their needs are fully met.

Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Service

• Greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handles multiple customers and customer requests simultaneously.
• Help customers find the right products by asking questions, listening carefully, and offering solutions.
• Troubleshoot product issues and offer technical support when needed.
• Research, source, and suggest alternative products to meet customer needs.
• Enter orders accurately into Eclipse ERP and process returns or warranties by company guidelines.
• Communicate proactively with customers about order updates, delays, or alternatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready counter area.
• Build rapport and relationships with repeat customers.
