Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience, OR Master’s Degree and 6+ years of experience, OR Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) and 4+ years of experience Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry with a focus on market access, business strategy, or operations 6–8+ years of experience in market access, business strategy, and / or commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Strong understanding of US healthcare policy, reimbursement, and access dynamics Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence decision-making Experience with budget management, meeting facilitation, and organizational development Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with launch readiness and execution for new therapies, ideally in oncology or cell therapy Ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights High emotional intelligence, situational awareness, and ability to build positive culture across teams Experience leading change-based initiatives and strategic projects Robust organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in tight timelines Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEveryone at Kite is grounded by one common goal – curing cancer.
