Job Description

Join a customer-focused organization as a Customer Service Representative , where you will play a key role in managing customer communications, processing sales orders, and supporting account management efforts. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax professionally.
  • Generate and follow up on online quotes.
  • Process sales orders and provide timely delivery updates.
  • Expedite orders to align with customer requirements.
  • Accurately set up new products, including listings, costs, and pricing classifications.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to support account profitability.
  • Participate in product training sessions with vendors and internal specialists.
  • Develop a foundational technical understanding of key vendors and products.

    • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Familiarity with Fluid Power / Automation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
