Urology Physician

Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a Urologist to support operations at the Fresno Va Medical Center located at 2615 East Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 7 : 30am-4pm with call. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical urology services, including surgeries, outpatient / inpatient consultations, cystoscopies, and related procedures.
• Pre-op, post-op, follow-up care, and emergency urological consultations.
• Specialty exams (e.g., compensation and pension, agent orange) for urological conditions.
• Communicate test results to patients / providers per VA policy.
• Discharge education and follow-up coordination.
• Progress notes, surgery scheduling, morbidity & mortality meetings (weekly), staff meetings (monthly).
• Quality assurance and improvement documentation.
• Patient safety compliance and incident reporting.
