Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This mid-level role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry with exposure to Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering functions. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded engineer who can manage and execute cross-functional projects from concept through production, while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support cross-functional engineering projects related to product development, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution on time and within budget.
- Serve as a technical liaison between design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Identify and implement process and productivity improvements across the manufacturing floor.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and design for manufacturability (DFM) efforts.
- Participate in quality audits and compliance activities as required.
