Nurse Director Cardiovascular Services / Cath Lab (Beckley)

Community hospital in need of Director Cardiovascular Services / Cath Lab! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!

Includes a 2 bay Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory performing approximately 1,200 cardiology and vascular procedures annually, supported by 24 / 7 STEMI coverage. The team specializes in catheter-based interventions. Department provides comprehensive vascular care, including medical and surgical management, peripheral vascular interventions, vein care, and wound care.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the Cardiovascular Service Line. Accountable for designing and implementing innovative programs, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care across the continuum. Collaborate with providers, staff, and leadership to elevate clinical performance and patient experience.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current WV RN license (or eligible for licensure).
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Cardiovascular Services
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships with surgeons and anesthesia providers.
• BLS and ACLS required (or obtained within a defined timeframe)
