StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : On Call;9 Pay Rate : $436.50 - $472.50

This facility is seeking an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Job Settings : Hospital
• Modalities : General : plain films, cross sectional images, however not required to read studies for this position.
• Shift / Schedule / Hours : Monday through Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Saturday and Sunday : On-call for 24 hours, Occasional Weekday Call Coverage : 5 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 AM (Client mentioned this may happen a couple of times per month), Coverage Rotation : 7 days on followed by 7 days off, or 7 days on followed by 14 days off
• Dates Needed : As soon as possible for at least 6 months or longer
• Credentialing Timeframe : 2-3 Months. Emergency Privileges available for providers with clean backgrounds.
• Certifications Required : Board Certification, Interventional Radiology Fellowship, WA State License

Compensation Information :

$436.50 / Hourly - $472.50 / Hourly
