Hospitalist Opportunity in Randallstown, MD ### Position DetailsType : Full-time, permanent position Schedule : 7 on / 7 off, day shifts (12 hours) Setting : 100% inpatient, closed ICU Patient Census : 14–16 patients per day Support : Team of 17 physicians and 11 APPs Responsibilities : - Provide inpatient care for medical / surgical / PCU and ICU patients - Offer clinical support and direction to APPs - Maintain accurate and timely documentation - No call required ### RequirementsMD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Maryland medical license (without restrictions) Current CDS license, DEA certificate, and ACLS certification Strong communication and teamwork skills New graduates welcome to apply ### Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary : $240K–$275K (depending on experience) Annual incentive bonus potential CME allowance Generous PTO plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans, plus pension Life insurance Licensing and credentialing fees covered Free parking ### Community InformationRandallstown and the greater Baltimore County area offer a balance of urban excitement and suburban comfort.
