Director of Demand Planning

A company is looking for a Director, Global Demand Planning & Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Global Demand Planning Process, ensuring forecasts align with commercial and operational objectives

Strengthen forecasting capabilities through advanced analytics and AI-driven tools

Integrate demand planning within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and drive forecast accuracy

Required Qualifications :

10+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning roles, preferably in CPG or regulated categories

Demonstrated success in managing global forecasting processes

Strong analytical skills and expertise in demand planning tools

Experience with advanced planning systems and AI-enabled forecasting solutions preferred

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business preferred
