Telehealth Physical Therapist - GA, NC, SC, VA

A company is looking for a Telehealth Physical Therapist licensed in GA, NC, SC, or VA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development using a digital platform

Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services with appropriate documentation

Develop regional strategies for growth and implementation of digital services while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist License in GA, NC, SC, or VA, or Compact PT License-eligible

Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience

Bilingual fluent in English / Spanish preferred

Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred

Willingness to obtain PT licensure in additional states
