Job Title : Production Worker

Type of Role : Temp to hire

Shift / Hours : Monday- Friday (6am - 430pm or 6pm - 430am)

Location : Arizona

Hourly Range : $20

The Production Team Member is a member of the Manufacturing Production Team and will be responsible for contributing to the hands-on production of Company’s world-class vehicles and / or electric vehicle powertrains. Excellent attendance is crucial for team to achieve success. They must have the ability to work with various teams across departments. They will also be required to work closely with engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall manufacturing process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Company and outside.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Work as an integral part of the production team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation as necessary.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Move products from storage to transport vehicles efficiently.
