Job description

Project Assistant / Project Support Specialist at a construction-related firm based in Norcross, GA .

If you are a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Below are some details of the role :

  • Who : A growing construction related business is looking for someone organized and proactive.
  • You'll work closely ensuring smooth communication and financial handling throughout various projects.

What :

  • As a Project Assistant / Project Support Specialist , you will : Manage full-cycle accounts receivable Handle invoicing and payment collection Communicate with clients and update job-related information Assist with other tasks in support of the operations team Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role.

    • When :

  • This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • After the onboarding period, a hybrid work-from-home schedule may be available based on performance.

    • Where :

  • The office is located in Norcross, GA , offering a professional and fast-paced environment.
