Primary Purpose : Temporary Seasonal Hires for all departments

Assist Hannaford To Go Supervisor in leading the Hannaford to Go Team - Service in maintaining department operations to meet financial and sales goals. Build associate and customer relations and promote a strong culture in support of the Hannaford Strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Hannaford To Go Department operations in accordance with established department standard practices, in the absence of the Hannaford To Go Supervisor.
• Support excellent customer service and goodwill by role modeling and providing high standards in customer service and sales building.
• Support that department conditions involving appearance, safety, sanitation, and food safety are maintained at the highest level.
• Use good judgement in the delegation, assignment, and follow up required for the efficient performance of the department.
• Provide real time teaching on Shopping or Expediting process issues.
• Report any issues or concerns relative to associate performance or behavior to the Assistant Store Manager.
• Assist in training and developing associates to meet department needs.
• Maintain solid communication in the department and with store management.
• Observe and follow all company policies, established standard practices and legal requirements.
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Salary range is between $17.35 - $24.75 Hrly
