POSITION OVERVIEW

This Sr. Associate Product Manager II issupporting McCormicks cornerstone business of Spice seasoning and extracts. This role is primarily responsible for performance reporting and commercializing new product offers to accelerate growth in the Club and Ecomm channels. These are fast paced channels and we are seeking individuals with sense of urgency bias for action with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monthly business reporting to identify insights and opportunities for growth
• Make recommendations relating to competitive analysis trade management customer and consumer communications.
• Lead cross-functional projects to commercialize new products or renovations
• Make recommendations to leadership for new product and renovation positioning choices (price size promotion packaging)
• Manage product life-cycle including new product business case development pricing strategy commercial strategy through to execution
• Prepare compelling customer selling materials from samples to presentations demo and digital content
• Deliver recommendations to leadership.
• Support the execution of the Club and Ecomm 3 Year innovation pipeline for Spice & Seasonings with day-to-day project management including brief writing and coordination of package design reviews and product tastings

Base Salary : $74330 - $130080

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location skills education experience for this role and / or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormicks Incentive Bonus (MIB) addition to a competitive compensation package permanent employees of McCormick are eligible for our extensive Total Rewards programs that include :
