This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt of materials and supplies, supporting our production processes and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and supplies
• Record and document all received items accurately in inventory management systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and proper delivery
• Store received items in designated areas, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures
• Prepare and process receiving reports and related documentation
• Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation
• Communicate with production teams regarding delivery status and discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
