Senior Project Manager – Life Sciences

Location : Braintree, MA

Pay : $160,000 - $200,000, based on experience

Schedule :  8am-5pm, half days on Fridays

We are working with a well-established General Contractor located just South of Boston who has decades of experience in the New England construction space. They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who specifically has a background with life science projects and can help drive this sector forward.

What you get to do :

Lead and oversee life science construction projects from beginning to end.

Manage project teams, including subcontractors, architects, and engineers.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

What you need to succeed :

10+ years of Project Management experience within Construction, with a strong focus on the Life Science space.

Experience with Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, and Clean Rooms is a big plus!

Must be willing to go to the job site or come to the office 5 days a week

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
