The NICU Registered Nurse provides professional, compassionate nursing care to neonates within our Level III NICU. This role coordinates care planning with the multidisciplinary team and renders individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs. The RN systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to support optimal patient outcomes.

Experience : At least 1 year of current hospital-based acute care RN experience in a NICU.

Current RN license in the State of Arizona (or compact license),

Experience : At least 1 year of Level III NICU experience, including care of infants requiring conventional ventilators, HFOV, central lines, and therapeutic hypothermia.
