This role involves working closely with business users to understand their data analysis needs, translating requirements into actionable reports, and ensuring data integrity and governance. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Power BI development, data modeling, and SQL querying, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities : Report and Dashboard DevelopmentDevelop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business user requirements and data analysis needs.Design visually appealing and user-friendly reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.Data Modeling and ManagementManage and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data governance.Work with business users to define data requirements and translate them into effective data models and

Querying and Data ExtractionDesign and develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency and troubleshoot data extraction issues as needed.Integration and CollaborationCollaborate with IT / IS teams to integrate Power BI reports into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless integration and

closely with business users to gather feedback and iterate on reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.AdditionalStay updated with the latest Power BI features, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to existing reports and dashboards.Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and standardization of reporting processes and data visualization techniques.Supervision of OthersNoneWork EnvironmentTypically work is performed in an office setting.Physical DemandsAble to sit and stand for extended periods of time.Able to move about office setting to complete responsibilities.Able to move freely around work and customer sites.Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.Heavy use of phone, computer, and office equipment.Able to lift up to 25 lbs.TravelNegligibleKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRequiredBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience working as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.Strong knowledge and experience in semantic data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and M languageProficiency in SQL and data analytics.Strong understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and best practices.Exceptional data analysis, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and
