Job description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med / Surg position specializing in orthopedic patients, requiring an IL RN license and recent hospital experience.

Job Details

  • Work on the 8th floor of a hospital serving medical and surgical orthopedic patients,
  • Night shift, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week,
  • No on-call requirements,

Job Requirements

  • Active IL RN license required,
  • 2 to 3 years of recent Med / Surg nursing experience,
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required,
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred,
  • Permanent residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility,

    • Additional Information

  • Provide comprehensive care to medical and orthopedic surgical patients,
  • Night shift role with focus on surgical and orthopedic caseloads,
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care,
