JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Has completed training and competency evaluation program or a competency evaluation approved by the State and holds a current certificate from the State.
• Must be enrolled in a competency training program approved by the State and performs only services of a type for which s / he has demonstrated competence.
• Personality attuned to the requirements of meeting needs of the infirm and aged.
• Demonstrates competency in skills and techniques necessary to care for resident's needs as identified through Resident Assessment and described in the Plan of Care.
