Job description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM / PC)

351,000 minimum salary includes base + minimum work RVU and reachable Quality Measures & Patient Experience Bonuses
Ramp up to $400,000 earnings potential; located 2.5 hours from Anchorage; No State Income Tax in Alaska
50,000 as a Sign-On / Relocation Bonus
Bonus : Quality Measures (MIPS Measures Met) = $20,000
Bonus : Patient Experience (CG-CAHPS Score for “9 or 10” at 50th Percentile or above : $20,000
Comprehensive benefits including malpractice, State License, and DEA paid
PTO : 25 Days + 7 Holidays
CME : $5,000 annually and 5 days
The Alaska Permanent Fund - Pays Residents Oil & Gas Royalties (this year was $3,000 per a person)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM / PC)

Mostly outpatient

No NICU, no Critical Care, No OB

Well-trained medical staff, great tech level, and sub-specialists to support you

Existing patient panel allows for a quick ramp-up

Schedule : Work Five 8 hour days, low patient volume

1 : 6 call rotation

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM / PC)

Board Eligibility required, Board Certification preferred

Become Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certified

Will not consider Visa Candidates

COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM / PC)
