COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM / PC)
- 351,000 minimum salary includes base + minimum work RVU and reachable Quality Measures & Patient Experience Bonuses
- Ramp up to $400,000 earnings potential; located 2.5 hours from Anchorage; No State Income Tax in Alaska
- 50,000 as a Sign-On / Relocation Bonus
- Bonus : Quality Measures (MIPS Measures Met) = $20,000
- Bonus : Patient Experience (CG-CAHPS Score for “9 or 10” at 50th Percentile or above : $20,000
- Comprehensive benefits including malpractice, State License, and DEA paid
- PTO : 25 Days + 7 Holidays
- CME : $5,000 annually and 5 days
- The Alaska Permanent Fund - Pays Residents Oil & Gas Royalties (this year was $3,000 per a person)
