Overview
Provides virtual observation of selected patients to promote and protect the patient's safety as directed and in accordance with BMHCC policies and procedure. Performs other duties as assigned. Works under supervision of a nurse manager and under direct supervision of shift leader.

Minimum Required :
1 year experience in a healthcare role requiring direct, professional and compassionate communication with patients and families. (Nursing home, skilled nursing facility, hospital, home care, phlebotomy, transporter, etc...)
High-School diploma or GED; skilled in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format. Skilled to record information accurately and as necessary to perform job duties.
Ability to sit for long periods, focus, multi-task and observe multiple patients at one time. Computer literacy, critical thinking skills, assertive, organized, professional, clear speaking voice over microphone.
Preferred / Desired :
Approved Nursing, medical assistant or other allied health course is preferred.
Bilingual / multilingual desired.
Knowledge of medical technology desired.
