Secondary Marketing Specialist

Overview

The purpose of this job is to provide technical and analytical support for the daily pricing of loan programs and pipeline interest rate risk management. Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate mortgage loan pipeline Produce analytical reports from secondary system to assist management in trading / hedging strategy Verify the accuracy of the individual loan purchases from wholesale lenders Assist wholesale lenders and retail originators with pricing and lock extensions Assist the Secondary Marketing Manager with pricing and hedging Provide the shipping area with the loans available for pooling Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Four-year college education Knowledge of the bond and securities market Advanced computer skills Time management principles to prioritize tasks Communication skills Interpersonal skills Physical Requirements / Working Conditions :
