Become a vital part of our exceptional Clinical team as a Registered Nurse!\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Deliver direct nursing services to all residents in the assigned neighborhood or program.\n
• Provide hands-on training for newly hired team members and assist in their ongoing skill development.\n
• Oversee physician orders, ensuring they are accurately transcribed into our electronic record system and treatment plans, administer medications, and implement treatments as prescribed.\n
• Supervise and lead both clinical and non-clinical team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate individualized resident care.\n
• Document resident conditions and nursing needs promptly and accurately, communicating any important observations or changes in the residents' status to the team.\n
• Execute appropriate treatments and monitor resident reactions to medications and interventions.\n
• Facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service.\n
• Conduct thorough admissions as per physician orders, perform assessments, verify orders, and coordinate with relevant departments (pharmacy, laboratory, etc.).\n
• Ensure seamless resident care by providing comprehensive reports during shift changes to the incoming staff.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current Registered Nurse license and any additional licensure required by state regulations.\n
