Key Responsibilities
Answer real-time customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software issues
Triage and troubleshoot problems to document customer issues effectively
Provide professional customer service and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service experience
Fluent in both French and English
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
