Experienced Irrigation Service Technician

• Closely monitors and sets up job personnel assignments
• Assist with implementation and supervision of loss prevention plan
• Active in account inspection, site walk-through, and follow up with any findings
• Assist as needed with job tracking, budgets, and efficiency analysis
• Customer Service skills
• 40 – 65 + hours per week during growing season
• Pull pipe if needed
• Troubleshoot and resolves leak issues, controller and sensor problems, electrical issues
• Track and locate wires and valves
• Pull enclosed install trailer and manage install crew when needed
• Required Skills :
• Have knowledge of all aspects of Irrigation Install operations
• Ability to diagnose and problem solve
• General knowledge of Customer Database software and basic computer skills
• Must be physically able to perform all aspects of the install process
• Must have exceptional Time Management Skills
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Must understand zoning, pressures, and design theory
• Must have ability to create service estimates
• Clean driving record and D.O.T card required
• Required Education, Training & Experience :
• Must have Commercial / Residential install crew experience
• Must have detailed knowledge of all aspects of the residential and commercial install equipment, and its capacity and capabilities
• Must have knowledge of Commercial / Town home systems to include : 2” PVC, 2-Wire Systems, and Commercial Timers
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must have basic knowledge of plumbing including copper sweating
