Job description

Immediate Medical Assistant Job Opportunity

Opportunity to work with one of the largest oncology centers in the area. Full time opportunity with room for advancement. Monday - Thursday 7 : 45AM-5 : 15PM + Friday 7 : 45AM-12PM $21 / hr Marlton, NJ 08053 Can start immediately.

Qualifications :

  • 1 year of medical assistant experience
  • Experience handling patient triage / vital signs / injections
  • Experience working with EMR systems
  • Excellent communication skills

Description :

  • Serve as a liaison between physicians and patients
  • Conduct patient triage
  • Document in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Prepare patients for procedures
  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
  • Assist with patient scheduling as needed
  • Conduct care plan / treatment plan tracking
  • Manage / maintain equipment and supply inventory
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor or direct management

    • Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Marlton, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
